Note: if Veyco uses a named consent-management platform (for example Cookiebot or OneTrust), replace the consent-preference row with that provider’s own cookie name and duration. Confirm the Hotjar and UXCam identifiers and durations against Veyco’s live configuration before publishing.
We use Snitcher, a business-to-business website visitor identification tool, to identify organisations that visit the Website and to support our sales and marketing activities. Snitcher uses a first-party tracking script, together with the cookie and browser storage described in clause 5, and performs a reverse look-up of your IP address against its own database to identify the associated organisation and its location.
Snitcher aggregates data at the organisation level and is not used to identify individual visitors. Data collected through Snitcher is processed and stored within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Snitcher cookies and storage are treated as Marketing technologies and are set only where you have given consent through our cookie banner.
Our lawful basis for the associated processing of personal data (such as IP address) is our legitimate interests in understanding which organisations engage with the Website and in carrying out business-to-business marketing.
