If you are an individual invited to verify your identity, you may be required to upload identification, complete a liveness check, and answer background questions. You must follow the verification process honestly and completely.
In many cases, our Partners initiate verification requests for their clients. In those instances, Veyco acts as a service provider and may process data on behalf of the Partner.
Both Veyco and the Partner are responsible for data protection compliance. It is the Partner’s responsibility to ensure they have a lawful basis to request verification. By participating in the process, you confirm that consent has been obtained where required.
Verification Reports are shared with the Partner who initiated the process. These Reports are intended to support regulatory compliance and should be used alongside other information and professional judgement.
Reports may be shared with regulators or insurers where required by law, or through the Veyco platform where sharing is enabled. Reports must not be altered or distributed beyond the intended use case.
Veyco handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy. We work with regulated third parties, such as Onfido, to perform identity and document checks. Personal data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary.
Partners are responsible for managing access to any Reports or data shared with their teams.
Some services may require payment either from the Partner or from the individual user. Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of use.
Where a Partner arranges a check but does not pay within 90 days, we reserve the right to invoice the verified individual directly. Where applicable, fees such as £24 including VAT may be charged for individual checks.
Veyco provides technology to assist with verification and compliance. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources or external systems. You agree that:

All material on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and code, belongs to Veyco Ltd or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you have breached these terms or if required for legal, technical or security reasons.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Where possible, we aim to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation before legal proceedings.
