How long does it take to complete a QES signature?

Veyco have simplified the whole transfer deed signing process making the whole experience for both lawyer and client less than 10 minutes. Todays processes can take between 1 day and 2 weeks dependent on the signors access to printers, emails and scanners or at worst, postal options.

Does HM Land Registry approve the use of QES signatures?

Yes. HM Land Registry officially announced on August 1st 2025 their support for QES and encourages all law firms and clients to adopt these digital processes.

Does Veyco meet HM land Registrys standards?

What happens to the signed TR1 Transfer form?

Once the clients sign the TR1 form by QES, we return the completed document to the Veyco portal or to your case management system. no emails, no postal delays and no fuss.
